Shipping Methods

For fastest delivery, all orders are shipped by FedEx Priority Overnight. This includes any loose diamond or Design Your Own order, regardless of exact value. All other orders are shipped to FedEx. You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail or SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

1. Insures and registers all items for their full value.
2. Uses only FedEx services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages.
3. Requires that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only.
4. Disallows delivery to PO Box addresses.
5. Requires an adult to sign for the package.

Allows for an alternative shipping address

At the time your order is placed, we will collect your billing and shipping information. For your own protection we suggest that any credit card order be shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company, although alternate addresses are acceptable. We can also arrange to have your package shipped to a local FedEx station for pick-up. You may call our offices at any time for assistance locating the nearest Fedex facility.

International Shipping

Grand diamonds offer free shipping and insurance to all our shipping destinations International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

21% VAT will be added to European Union Customers (Shipping and Billing Addresses are within EU countries). Customers outside of the European Union (Shipping and Billing Address are non-EU countries) are free of this charge and will not be charged 21% VAT.
