Our Diamonds and Jewelry

+ Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes, we first make a sketch where we make use of 3D-printing technology. After approval we proceed with the production of your custom design.

+ Can you duplicate a piece of jewelry I already own?

Yes, see our question about custom jewelry.

+ How long does it take to make a custom order?

It depends from order to order, but in general it will take 3 to 6 weeks. If you´re in a rush kindly let us know in time and we will do our best in order to speed up the production process.

+ When are new items coming to your website?

We are constantly working on uploading more products, designs and variations. If you haven´t found a particular existing piece of jewelry online, please contact us and we will be happy to help you further.

+ Do you restock items that are sold out? If yes, how long does it take to restock an item?

Yes of course, but if not in stock allow us maximum 3 to 4 weeks to restock.

+ Do you have any special discounts / package deals?

In order to be notified of our future discounts and / or promotions, kindly sign up to our newsletter. If you would like to purchase multiple items, a package deal is possible. Please contact us for more info or make an appointment in our store.


+ Is it safe to mail jewelry?

Yes, we ship our jewelry by trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL and UPS. All of our shipments are fully insured and secured by Grand Diamonds.

+ Is shipping free?

Yes, Shipping is free for all purchases!

+ Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to serve shoppers from all over the world. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination. Duties and taxes are always the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for more details.

+ What are my shipping options?

Shipping options vary based on destination. We ship our jewelry by trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL and UPS. Contact us for more info.

+ How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email.

+ Am I liable for my jewelry order while it is being shipped?

You are not liable for your jewelry order while it is being shipped. All of our shipments are fully insured and secured by Grand Diamonds.

+ If I paid for shipping and return my item, do I receive a refund on the shipping fee?

No, the shipping fee is non-refundable, unless we shipped an incorrect item or the item has a defect. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the shipping date.

+ Do you ship within Belgium?

Yes, we ship with Bpost, fully insured and secured. Shipping is always included in the price.

+ Do you have an express shipping option?

We always ship with priority express shipping. Sometimes there might be delays which are not in our control, but you can track with your tracking number.

+ Can i choose the shipping option?

No, we choose the most secured shipping carrier for your country and / or region depending on current events and situations.

+ Do i have to pay for duties and taxes?

Duties and taxes are always the responsibility of the buyer. The duties and taxes are only applicable for shipping to countries outside of the European Union. They vary from country to country, take a look at the list below.

+ What happens when my package gets lost during shipping?

In case your package gets lost, you´re fully insured and secured. We will get in touch with you and handle it as soon as possible for you to get your money back or get a replacement.

Return Policy

+ What is your return policy?

Grand Diamonds wishes for you to shop with confidence and to be completely satisfied with your online purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment. We only accept items that are free of scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. All purchases online and in our stores are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

+ How do I return an item I have purchased?

Contact us to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once approved, you will receive an e-mail containing your RMA number, along with packaging and shipping instructions. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if the package has been damaged or tampered with.

+ Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all Grand Diamonds products. Grand Diamonds stands by the quality and craftsmanship of each product we manufacture. Please retain your original receipt for all warranty services. We kindly agree to repair or exchange any item that we deem to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones) and theft. Repair or service performed by anyone other than Grand Diamonds will immediately void the warranty.

+ How do I cancel an order once it has been submitted?

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service. There will be a 20% restocking fee for the cancellation of any Special Order items.

+ How long will I have to wait for a refund?

Please allow 7 -12 business days for your credit to be processed after the item(s) have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.

Orders and Ring Sizes

+ What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Ideal and Bancontact. In your shop you can also pay cash up to €3.000. More than €3.000,- cash is not allowed by Belgian law.

+ Can I resize my ring? Is there a fee?

Resizing is covered by our limited lifetime warranty. There is no fee.

+ Do you offer repair services?

We offer repair services under the lifetime warranty for manufacturer defects.

+ Can I ship a ring I bought from you to get it resized or do I have to come to your shop?

Within 60 days of online purchase we will resize your ring free of charge, including round-trip shipping.

+ Can I ship a ring I bought from you to get it engraved or do I have to come to your shop?

You have the option to mention engraving during checkout. If you want to get your ring engraved after your purchase, you will only have to pay for round-trip shipping unless you personally come to our shop.

+ Can I ship a ring I bought from you to get it repaired or do I have to come to your shop?

If it is a manufacturing mistake, please let us know as soon as possible and we will repair or replace it free of charge, including round-trip shipping. In case your item got accidentally damaged, you will be responsible to pay for round-trip shipping and repair.

+ How long does it take to resize a piece of jewelry?

Depending on how busy we are, we should be able to resize your ring within one hour if you personally come to our shop. Please allow 1-2 working days if shipping is involved. For certain items, resizing is not possible. Please contact us in advance for more information.

+ How long does it take to engrave a piece of jewelry?

Please allow one full working day for your ring to be engraved. However, during seasonal periods this might take up to 2-3 working days. This might take longer if shipping is involved.

+ How long does it take to repair a piece of jewelry?

This depends from jewel to jewel. We can give you an estimation after seeing the item in person.

+ Do I have to make an appointment if I want to get a piece of jewelry resized / repaired / engraved?

Yes, please make an appointment if you want to get a piece of jewelry resized / repaired / engraved.
